This is the act of placing excessive amounts of a keyword into the page copy and the HTML in such a way that harms the readability and usefulness of the page. This may include many bad techniques such as hiding keywords on the page by making the text the same color as the background, hiding keywords in comment tags, or overfilling alt tags with a ton of keywords.
